Lo IASB ha pubblicato in consultazione l’Exposure Draft Investment Entities–Applying the Consolidation Exception (Proposed amendments to IFRS 10 and IAS 28).
Le modifiche proposte hanno l’obiettivo di chiarire alcuni aspetti applicativi sulla valutazione al fair value delle controllate di entità di investimento.
