The new OIC Board of Directors appoints the Accounting Standards Committee, the Sustainability Committee, and the Secretary General

The Board of Directors of the Italian Standard Setter (OIC), meeting under the chairmanship of Gianmario Crescentino, approved key appointments that complete the governance for the upcoming three-year term.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors were appointed the members of the Accounting Standards Committee and the Sustainability Standards Committee.

Prof. Elbano de Nuccio and Paolo Marullo Reedtz will be Chairman of the Accounting Standards Committee and the Sustainability Standards Committee, respectively.

The Board also appointed the Vice Chairmen of the Committees: Prof. Fabrizio Di Lazzaro was appointed Vice Chairman of the Accounting Standards Committee, and Marcello Bianchi Vice Chairman of the Sustainability Standards Committee.

Finally, the Board appointed Tommaso Fabi as the new Secretary General of the OIC, succeeding Massimo Tezzon, to whom the Board expressed its deep gratitude for his 18 years of leadership and dedication to the growth of the Organism.
