The EFRAG General Assembly has appointed new members:.

• Gianmario Crescentino as an EFRAG Administrative Board member, nominated by the Italian Standard Setter OIC;

• Elbano de Nuccio as an EFRAG Financial Reporting Board (FRB) member, nominated by the Italian Standard Setter OIC;
