DESCRIPTION:  \nEFRAG e OIC hanno organizzato un outreach sui discussion paper Business Combination under Common Control e Improving the Financial Reporting of Income Tax. L’evento si terrà il 15 marzo 2012 a Milano\, dalle ore 14 alle ore 18 \n  \n  \nNell’ottobre e nel dicembre 2011 l’EFRAG ha pubblicato due Discussion Papers\, ‘Accounting for Business Combination under Common Control’ e ‘Improving the Financial Reporting of Income Tax’ in collaborazione\, rispettivamente\, con lo standard setter italiano – Organismo Italiano di Contabilità (OIC) e lo standard setter inglese – Accounting Standards Board (ASB). \nLa finalità dell’oureach è di raccogliere input su tali argomenti\, che saranno utili per l’EFRAG\, l’OIC e l’ASB nelle loro deliberazioni sui Discussion Papers e per il lavoro futuro dello IASB in merito ai suoi progetti che riguardano Income Taxes e Accounting for Business Combination under Common Control. \nSi prega cortesemente\, per ragioni organizzative\, di far pervenire la propria adesione all’indirizzo e-mail presidenza@fondazioneoic.it preferibilmente entro il 6 marzo 2012.
