Convegno OIC “Il bilancio delle piccole e medie imprese nella prospettiva internazionale. Il principio IFRS for SMEs e l’aggiornamento delle direttive contabili”

In the light of recent developments on the financial statements of the small and medium entities and the debate about the possibility of use in the European context of the specific international accounting standard governing the matter as an alternative or in place of the Accounting Directives, the Organismo Italiano di Contabilità (OIC) has organized the conference “Il bilancio delle piccole e medie imprese nella prospettiva internazionale. Il principio IFRS for SMEs (Small and Medium Entities) e l’aggiornamento delle direttive contabili” in order to discuss these issues.
The conference will be held in Rome on 10 December 2009 at the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi, from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Representatives of the IASB, EFRAG, the European Commission and national authorities as well as representatives of market participants will attend the conference.
