In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of your personal data will be performed by us in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, relevance, proportionality and transparency, safeguarding the privacy and rights of the data subjects concerned. In particular, your personal data will be:
• processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject;
• collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;
• adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
• accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;
• kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed;
• processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data.
This information is intended to describe how the site is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it and use it to subscribe to the newsletter and/or to fill out the form in the “Contact Us” section. This is an information that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) to those who connect to the site https://www.fondazioneoic.eu.
The personal data of the user, provided to the FONDAZIONE ORGANISMO ITALIANO DI CONTABILITÀ following the consultation of the site itself, the subscription to the newsletter and/or the completion of the contact form, are used by FONDAZIONE ORGANISMO ITALIANO DI CONTABILITÀ in compliance with the principles of privacy protection established by the European Regulations and other applicable regulations.
Based on the provisions of European and internal regulations in force, we provide the following information.

1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is: FONDAZIONE ORGANISMO ITALIANO DI CONTABILITÀ, with registered offices at VIA POLI n° 29, codice fiscale 97269140584.
Without prejudice to communications that are made in compliance with legal obligations, any Data Processors will be appointed at the time of the conferment, by the Controller, of external tasks for which it is necessary to share your data, for the sole purpose connected to the contracts/relationships that may exist between the parties, between those who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a manner that processing will meet the requirements of this Regulation and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject and after subscription by the Data Processor of the specific contract/addendum to the professional assignment containing the requirements and specifications of the treatment itself and their express commitment to the protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Information and the rules on the Data Processor under art. 28 and following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as the applicable legal provisions.

2. Objective and legal basis of the processing
The data will be processed for:
a) provide answers concerning the questions posed in the “Contact us” section of the site https://www.fondazioneoic.eu.
b) purposes other than those specified in the previous point a) (sending newsletters to the applicant).
For the pursuit of the purposes referred to in point a) the processing of personal data of the subject is necessary and the sending of the contact form is subject to consent to treatment.
For the processing of data subject concerning the additional purposes referred to in point b) the express consent of the subject is required, and provided electronically by him/her.
Any processing of data for purposes other than those indicated above will be subject to specific and independent information and specific consent, not binding for the performance of the contract in question.

3. Collecting and nature of the data processed
The personal data requested are exclusively those required for the fulfillment of the user’s request, in full compliance with the principles of adequacy of treatment established by the European Regulation. They are therefore mandatory as strictly functional to the execution of the services requested by the user and any refusal to provide personal data, including communication, or consent to treatment, will make it impossible to perform the service. In particular, these are data relating to:
- surname, name, e-mail for subscription to the newsletter;
- surname, name, e-mail, location for completing the contact request form.

4. Processing method and recipients of personal data
The processing and storage of data will be carried out using electronic instruments and paperwork, such as to allow the user access to personal data in our possession, according to the most suitable methods to guarantee its integrity, updating, safety and confidentiality, also protecting them from unauthorized and / or unlawful processing and from loss, destruction or accidental damage.
The withdrawal of consent can be expressed at any time. This withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation.
Your personal data will be communicated solely to our technical personnel for the same purposes stated in point 2).

5. Duration of the processing
The processing of data will take place for the entire duration of the relationship established between the parties and, after the conclusion of the existing relationship, to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the existing relationship, as well as any other fulfillment / legal obligation which is held by the Data Controller as regards the services referred to in point a) while, for the services referred to in point b), will take place until such consent is revoked by the interested party through the cancellation from the newsletter through communication to be sent to the Foundation by mail.

6. Rights of data subjects
At any time the subject may exercise, with a written request, against the Data Controller identified above, all the rights recognized by the applicable European and internal legislation and in particular by articles 13, 14, 15 to 22 and 34 of the European Regulation and by the national legislation in force, and in particular:
a) the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of its data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
b) the right to obtain free access and / or copy of your personal data being processed with indication of all the aspects relevant to the treatment envisaged by the European Regulations;
c) the right to obtain, free of charge, the updating, correction of inaccurate data, the limitation of processing or, when it is of interest, the integration of data;
d) the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of your personal data even if pertinent to the purposes of collection for legitimate reasons or to revoke, in whole or in part, your consent, where it is necessary;
e) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data) or judicial authority;
